Lensy is a highly energetic power women who stands in life with a great ambition and with a great love for her family.

She is a sales person “in hart en nieren”, Already from a young age she knows what she wants in life and what her goals are. It was obvious for her that the journey starts with getting her Master in Communication Science.

In 2011 she found her passion in the recruitment world. Never thought that the combination of Sales and Recruitment would be the perfect match. Her salesy attitude gave her great results, a happy network and an impressive career up till now.

Going from a Trainee Consultant to Management level, which lead to opening up her own Company.

Since 2019 Lensy is the proud founder of FutureFocused and at that moment work became a hobby. Love what you do!
