Leonie her career started 7 years ago in healthcare, where she developed a passion for helping others and learned all about internal communication. 

Over time, her journey took a turn into the world of IT, where she found herself drawn to the fast-paced and dynamic field of recruitment. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Leonie quickly became fascinated by the various aspects of recruitment, including employer branding. 

Her enthusiasm for recruitment led her to join FutureFocused, where she is now eager to meet new candidates and help them find their perfect fit.
